The eight-month program embeds participants within Israeli Scout units and communities, exposing them to authentic Israeli society beyond the tourist experience, through shared activities, nature and outdoor challenges, Hebrew immersion, and volunteer service. It is one of the few gap year programs that gives diaspora participants genuine insider access to secular Israeli youth culture.
