Participants complete over 300 hours of culinary instruction at Israel's premier hospitality school — learning the international French culinary base alongside Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine techniques — before completing a practical internship in the kitchens of Eilat's top hotels. The program is taught by certified professional chefs and awards a culinary arts certificate upon completion.
