Onward Israel Baltimore is a MASA-affiliated summer internship program organized for young Jewish adults from Baltimore's historically rich and close-knit Jewish community. Participants ages 18–26 are placed in professional internships at Israeli companies, nonprofits, and organizations while living in shared apartments alongside Israeli peers for 8 weeks of professional growth and Jewish identity deepening. The program is coordinated through Israel Way LTD and is fully eligible for MASA grants of $1,000–$4,500.
