Participants ages 18–26 are placed in professional internships at Israeli companies, nonprofits, and startups, living in shared apartments alongside Israeli peers and participating in Jewish identity programming. The program is coordinated through Israel Way LTD and is fully eligible for MASA grants of $1,000–$4,500.
