Masa Israel Teaching Fellows (MITF) – Beer Sheva Full Time places Jewish young adults as full-time English teaching assistants in the schools of Beer Sheva, Israel's desert capital and gateway to the Negev. Run by Tlalim and affiliated with MASA Israel Journey, this 10-month program challenges fellows to become part of a frontier city shaped by Ben-Gurion University, Bedouin culture, and the pioneering spirit of Negev development. Full-time teaching hours provide deep classroom experience alongside an unforgettable immersion in one of Israel's most uniquely ambitious cities.
