Masa Israel Teaching Fellows (MITF) – Bat Yam Full Time places Jewish young adults as full-time English teaching assistants in the schools of Bat Yam, a vibrant coastal city just south of Tel Aviv with a working-class, culturally diverse Israeli population. Run by Israel Experience and affiliated with MASA Israel Journey, this 10-month program pairs intensive classroom teaching with deep immersion in Bat Yam's authentic Israeli community life. Fellows develop real teaching skills, build Hebrew fluency, and form bonds with local students that transform their understanding of modern Israel.
