FZY (Federation of Zionist Youth) is Britain's oldest pluralist Zionist youth movement, established in 1932, offering its flagship Year Course in Israel for English-speaking young adults aged 18–22. The nine-month program combines communal living, intensive ulpan Hebrew study, Israel-wide travel, volunteer service, and Zionist identity programming rooted in FZY's four pillars: active Zionism, culture, defense, and social justice. The program draws participants primarily from the UK, South Africa, Australia, and North America, forging an international peer community united by shared Zionist values.
