Israel Prepaid provides prepaid educational savings plans for Israel-based programs. Our services are designed to help families save for future educational experiences in Israel. All program offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Important: Israel Prepaid does not guarantee the availability of any specific program, institution, or educational opportunity. Program participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective educational providers.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

All payments are processed according to your selected plan. Payment schedules and amounts are established at enrollment and are subject to the terms of your specific agreement.

Refund Policy: Refund requests will be processed to our best efforts within ninety (90) days of approval. Refunds are subject to administrative fees and may be prorated based on the time elapsed since enrollment. Israel Prepaid reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or are submitted outside of acceptable timeframes.

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Israel Prepaid management and are final.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISRAEL PREPAID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Program cancellations or modifications by third-party providers
• Currency fluctuations or economic changes affecting program costs
• Changes in immigration or travel requirements
• Force majeure events including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or political instability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Israel Prepaid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimers

Israel Prepaid makes no warranties or representations about:

• The availability or quality of educational programs
• The acceptance of participants into specific programs
• Future costs or pricing of educational services
• Immigration, visa, or travel requirements
• Political or economic conditions in Israel or any other country

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
• Make payments according to your agreed schedule
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your circumstances
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Violation of any applicable laws

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by Israel Prepaid or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Marupe, Latvia, or another location as determined by Israel Prepaid.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against Israel Prepaid.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
